1. How do I choose a parcel and what is its land legal status?
Start with your space, vehicle access, electricity, water, and type of business activity. All operational KIB land holds Right of Management (HPL) owned by the NTT Provincial Government, where investors are granted clear HGB certificates over HPL for up to 80 years under Government Regulation No. 18/2021, fully dispute-free. Compare the four parcels, then open the details of the most relevant location.
2. Is all the land on the map available?
The map shows the estates and planned blocks. Tell us which estate or block interests you to find out about availability.
3. Do I need to have a company already?
No. For an initial enquiry, your name and contact details are enough. Company information can be added as discussions progress.
4. How can I find out about facilities and costs?
Contact a KIB representative via our form or WhatsApp with your estimated space and business plans. Our team will prepare a formal proposal covering current rental/HPL rates, utility readiness, and land utilization schemes.
5. How do I arrange a visit?
