Welcome to PT Kawasan Industri Bolok (Perseroda).
This portal is a starting point for discovering the estate, finding information and connecting with the KIB team. We see industrial estate development as a shared endeavour. Businesses, government, educational institutions, communities and other partners can help develop regional potential and broaden economic benefits for East Nusa Tenggara.
Every business has different needs. We invite you to share your business plans, location requirements or initial questions. Our team will help discuss land, facilities and suitable next steps based on conditions at the estate and applicable requirements.
We are committed to open, professional and lasting relationships. We hope that an initial conversation through this portal can lead to a visit, a focused discussion and mutually beneficial cooperation.
Thank you for your interest and trust. Let us explore opportunities and build the future of business in Bolok together.
Rusyanto N. C. Hiskia, S.TP President Director of PT Kawasan Industri Bolok (Perseroda)Together, we are building a competitive industrial ecosystem that brings broader benefits to the people of East Nusa Tenggara.
